YEU is a nutritional snack/meal replacement line brought to you by ANEU Kitchens, that makes healthy eating convenient and delicious - so delicious that it’s “Craveable!” YEU’s first product is our On-The-Go Bites. Soon we’ll be rolling out more products, such as Shakes and Bars.
YEU Snacks are the brain-child of Meridith Coyle, who has owned and operated award-winning Main Line restaurants, markets and catering companies for over 30 years, including ANEU Kitchens. She has been certified for over ten years in whole food and vegan cooking and integrative nutrition. She believes delicious food can be healthy food, and is on a mission to share this reality with patrons of ANEU Kitchens as well as beyond with the YEU Snacks line.
YEU Snacks, including YEU On-The-Go Bites are available at ANEU Kitchen locations, as well as YEU Snack Stands. You can order for pick-up in advance to get the flavors you love and take advantage of our Loyalty Program [link to Loyalty Program], or Subscribe [Link to Subscribe] for discounts.
Be warned: YEU On-The-Go Bites satiate hunger! Whether to stave off hunger pangs between lunch or dinner, or replacing breakfast or lunch, your stomach will be content. On-The-Go Bites make a delicious, guilt-free dessert too! On-The-Go Bites are also a great way to take advantage of Adaptogens* throughout your day, at the times when your body and mind may need some additional support.
Since YEU On-The-Go Bites do not contain preservatives or shelf stabilizers, they should be stored in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. If you intend to eat your On-The-Go Bites within the next week or so, the fridge will be perfect. If you’d like to store them longer, keep them in the freezer - On-The-Go bites will take about an hour or two to defrost. We like to throw one in our lunch bag in the morning so it’s at the perfect temperature when the 3pm hunger pangs kick in.
